Notice of dividend payment to shareholders

On 19th April 2023, the Board of Swan Global Funds Ltd approved an interim dividend of USD 0.15 per share in respect of Swan Global Funds Ltd - Income Fund for the financial year 2023.

The dividend is payable on 28th April 2023 to all shareholders registered at close of business on 31st March 2023 in respect of Swan Global Funds Ltd - Income Fund based on each shareholder’s choice at subscription date.

Current or past dividend payments are not indicative of future dividends to be paid by Swan Global Funds Ltd - Income Fund.
