Notice - Rs.750 million - Note Programme successfully raised for United Docks Ltd

Swan Corporate Advisors and Swan Securities, operating under the brand name SWAN Capital Solutions, in their respective roles as corporate finance adviser and investment dealer, guided United Docks Ltd through an issuance of a single tenor Secured Note Programme for an aggregate amount of MUR 750M. The secured notes will thereafter be listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.

The private placement exercise was largely oversubscribed on the respective tenor, emanating the strength and resilience of United Docks Ltd and the attractiveness of the Note Programme. The capital raise was completed in record time with strong support from SWAN Capital Solutions wide network of professional investors.
